A sauna session is the highlight for many wellness enthusiasts and those seeking tranquillity. Why? As the soothing warmth envelops your body, your blood vessels dilate, and toxins are released through perspiration. Aromatic infusions, such as mint-lemon-orange, rosemary-juniper, or Provençal lavender, tantalise your senses. Afterwards, invigorate your circulation and boost your immune system with a refreshing dip in our rock grotto, complete with a dousing bucket and ice fountain. Visit a sauna in Serfaus and you’ll also be rewarded with breathtaking mountain panoramas.

The Cervosa saunas in Tyrol

12 unique saunas and steam baths await you at Hotel Cervosa. With a variety of temperatures, aromas, and special features, there’s something to suit every wellness enthusiast. Inspired by ancient Rome, each sauna and relaxation area offers a journey back in time. Wall murals depicting Roman marketplaces and spa temples transport you to the origins of wellness, while soothing music deepens your well-being experience. Indulge in the following saunas and steam baths:

  • Herbal sauna (55-60°C) with bucket infusions and radiant heat
  • Tepidarium (39°C)
  • Laconium (65°C)
  • Stone sauna (55-60°C) with automatic bucket infusions
  • Tyrolean sweat room (90°C) with daily infusions
  • Panorama sauna (85-95°C) with daily infusions
  • Organic old-wood sauna (55°C) with herbs and coloured light therapy
  • Amethyst steam bath
  • Serail bath (45°C), additional charge
  • Salt grotto (45°C), additional charge

Adults-only sauna enjoyment

The Cervosa sauna world is an adults-only area, meaning only guests aged 15 and older have access. The spaciousness of the sauna area gives you even more peace and quiet, as our saunas in Tyrol are located in different sections of the hotel so that visitors are well spread out. On request, we’re happy to reserve the small spa for families during the holiday season.
