0: 0.00 km / 1430 Start at Geiger Hotel Dorfbrunnen, continue on the village road past the Hotel Post to Rest. Alt Serfaus

1: 0.74 km / 1430 m In Rest at the Alt Serfaus junction take a left downhill over the Mill Bridge and left again towards St. Zeno

2: 1.43 km / 1410 m At the junction by the St. Zeno chapel turn left downhill and follow the sign to St Georgen Stadlwies

3: 3.92 km / 1310 m At the junction turn right following the sign to Lawensalpe, Rieserweg, beginning downhill then uphill, end of asphalt, start of gravel

4: 6.35 km/ 1492 m Follow the gravel path straight ahead, and then follow the sign to Lawensalpe on route 5a

5: 8.47 km / 1592 m Turn right at the junction onto the gravel path, going uphill, following the sign to Lawensalpe route 5a
