Important Information for Planning your Holiday

Should the prices in the reservation confirmation vary from the price list, the listed prices as shown remain valid. For reservations of less than 3 days we charge an additional short-stay fee of 10%. No price deduction can be granted for meals not consumed.

In addition, failure to keep an appointment in the health and beauty centre, without giving sufficient notice of cancellation, will result in 70% of the cost of the treatment being charged to your bill. For single occupancy of a room there is a 50% surcharge on the listed price of the respective room. Any prices mentioned prior to this price list are deemed invalid.

In the event of a reservation (contract of accommodation) the Austrian hotel contract conditions from the Professional Association of Accommodation dated 23.9.1981 apply as agreed. Please check your arrival and departure dates carefully, as the total cost of the period booked will still be payable in the case of early departure.

We kindly request that arrivals and departures – if possible – take place on a Saturday or Sunday. Rooms are available from 2 pm onwards. For arrivals after 6 pm, please let us know in advance by telephone. We kindly request you start your evening meal between 7 pm and 8.30 pm at the latest.

For all confirmed reservations we request a payment of € 436.00 per person payable to our account at the Raiffeisen bank Serfaus-Fiss, IBAN AT 573631500000024042,
BIC: RZTIAT 22315. This payment also counts as a cancellation fee (21 days before arrival), which is non-refundable.

However, this will be credited to new reservations made within the same year. Reservation: In the event of a reservation (contract of accommodation) the Austrian hotel contract conditions from the Professional Association of Accommodation dated 23.9.1981 apply as agreed.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

If you prefer to play it safe and enjoy a trouble-free holiday, we would be happy to offer you travel cancellation insurance.

K9 Accommodation

For small dogs we charge € 17.00 and for large dogs € 22.00 per day (without meals). Unfortunately we can not allow your four-legged friends to enter the restaurant.

Visitor’s Tax

€ 1.09 per person per day in winter and € 1.50 per person per day in summer. Visitor’s tax is not charged to children under 14 years.

Payment Conditions:

Cash payment in all currencies, which we calculate at the current bank exchange rate, Euro or travellers cheques in your local currency (exchange charges) or by electronic EC cards.
